Note on the complaints procedure:
Schluckwerder GmbH is aware of its corporate social responsibility and anxious to maintain a transparent business climate, high ethical and quality standards and a high level of stakeholder satisfaction. Schluckwerder GmbH has therefore established a complaints procedure to ensure that complaints from all stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, employees and whistleblowers, are dealt with efficiently.
By complaints we mean, for example, perceived violations of human rights, social justice, equality, animal welfare, the environment and similar issues. Complaints are not product complaints. These are processed under the selection field "Product complaint".
Complaints of any kind can be submitted to the company's complaints committee, providing personal data, but also anonymously via the contact form on the company's website. It is important to clearly describe your concern or complaint. The more information you give us, the faster and more efficiently we can process complaints.
All received legitimate complaints will be referred to the Complaints Committee for consideration. The committee examines the case and initiates appropriate measures. If the identity of the complainant is known, the complainant will be informed within a appropriate time about the measures taken.
Constructive complaint management should lead to the promotion of customer and employee satisfaction as well as public perception.
